What „family-orientation” means for the company?

We know that work-life balance is crucial for the good performance of our employees. Therefore we are working in flexible working hours with a base time from 9-15h, so that everyone can arrange the transfer of the children to kindergarten or school. Moreover we provide home office possibility adapted to the different positions.

What options employees have for developing themselves?

We take feedback giving culture seriously and have a regular performance review system. Based on this we discuss with our employees one by one which direction they could and want to develop themselves. We are organizing the trainings needed and support their university, professional, soft skill or language studies as well. In our everyday life we are regularly having so called "Internal Academy" events, where we are learning from each other as well.

What does the company do for the good atmosphere of the employees?

We know that sufficient information flow is one key element for having satisfied workers with ownership, therefore we have monthly all-hands meetings, where we can openly talk about our clear vision and the strategy of the company, the monthly news and answer the collegaues questions. This is also the event, where we celebrate the birthdays of the month. But also provide small working condition improvers in our usual working days such as fruits and coffee. Furthermore we have 9 events during the year, which aims team and community building.

How much autonomy employees have as freedom to act in their field of work?

Out of the box thinking and questioning the status quo is our basic expectation towards our colleagues. Being pioneers we cannot reach out to ready-made solutions, so creativity in problem solving and innovative thinking are more than welcome in our company. We are cultivating failure culture and so mistakes and failures are just new lessons learnts. which help us to get closer to our goals.
